A Story of Nostalgia, Shared Memories, and Unforgettable Moments
Life moves fast. We rarely stop to think about what happened last week-never mind last year or 10, 20, 30, or even 50 years ago. Those days blur into distant memories scattered across our peppered minds.
In this book, I take a trip back down memory lane-before the internet, before mobile selfies-back to my Bradford, way back when... From Fish and Chips Friday nights and dynamite curries to legendary pubs and clubs, music, shopping, cafes, films, and football.
Bradford, Eh? is my personal journey through Bradford's '70s, '80s, and '90s-decades of great days, unforgettable nights out, and a city bursting with life.
Told with humour and heart, these are my memories of a place that shaped me. Shared in stories, moments, and the magic of growing up as a Bradfordian.
Tasmin Archer - a proper talent and Bradford through and through wrote the foreword, and there are also a few words from Stuart McCall, a Bradford City football legend, someone whose name means a lot to many City fans.
Read it in a week and remember a lifetime full of memories.

Über den Autor
I'm Jason Croot, actor, filmmaker, and author of My Ego Screwed My Acting Career and Bradford, Eh?Writing a bio is tricky. Say too much, and you sound full of yourself. Say too little, and it sounds like you are too blasé. So here goes.I'm a working-class lad from Bradford, Yorkshire. I didn't do great at school, my love life was a rollercoaster, and I struggled in most jobs. Then I found acting, and it changed everything.Looking back, with the beauty of hindsight, maybe I'd have done a few things differently. But that's life.I can see where I messed up, and many of my mess-ups you'll read in my first book, My Ego Screwed My Acting Career.I enjoyed writing so much that I gave it another go, this time capturing the journey of growing up in Bradford from the '70s to the '90s. Bradford, Eh? is a mix of memory, grit, and cultural history and full of the kind of details you only know if you lived through [...] sure any of my old teachers would've predicted my path, but then again, neither would [...] you fancy a read, I'd love you to check out my work.
