Beschreibung
There are moments in life and at work when you feel you're making progress. You learn. You grow. You're full of energy.
And then there are others when the exact opposite happens.
You feel stuck. The same conversations keep repeating themselves. Problems keep cropping up. Motivation fades. Teams lose momentum. Organisations stop evolving.
Without realising it, you've entered a downward spiral.
The good news is that no spiral is permanent.
After more than twenty years working in international companies, leading teams and supporting transformation processes across different countries and sectors, Christophe Martinot observed a common pattern: people, teams and organisations tend to find themselves in one of three zones.
They are spiraling up.
They are stagnating.
Or they are spiraling downwards.
Spiral Up presents a practical model for recognising these dynamics and consciously changing the direction of the spiral.
Through the SPIRAL UP(TM) framework, you will discover how to:
Build a solid foundation of trust, purpose and collaboration.
Consistently generate value for clients, teams and organisations.
Assess what works and what doesn't before it's too late.
Adapt quickly when circumstances change.
Act courageously without being paralysed by the fear of making mistakes.
Turn every experience into an opportunity for learning and growth.
Combining real-life experiences, case studies, insights and tools you can put into practice from day one, this book offers a guide for anyone who wants to grow rather than remain stuck in a rut.
It doesn't matter whether you're a leader, a professional, an entrepreneur or a team member.
The question is the same for everyone:
Is the spiral you're in today taking you up or down?
And, more importantly:
What are you going to do about it?
And then there are others when the exact opposite happens.
