AI promises to save us time.
So why are we busier than ever?
AI has redefined how we work, making us faster and more efficient. But for those already stretched thin, life hasn't slowed down.
The workload keeps growing and we're struggling to keep up.
Wise AI offers a different path, helping us rethink how to use AI to make space for deep work, deep thought, deep rest, and deep relationships.
In this practical book, you'll discover:Why time-saving tools don't automatically save you time
How to create a pattern of pace and space
The four rhythms of Wise AI: deep work, deep thought, deep rest, and deep relationships
How to lead with organic intelligence
Ten essential AI skills to live a productive, sustainable, deeply human life.

Daniel Sih, award-winning author of Spacemaker and Raising Tech-Healthy Humans, joins Paul Matthews, TEDx speaker and AI expert, to offer a practical framework for using AI in a way that creates space for what matters most.
