The practical relevance is also suggested by empirical studies in the past decade, according to which the People's Republic of China has a high application rate in international comparison. Finally, the book is also intended to provide general insights into the application of (civil) law in the People's Republic of China by analysing the legal status of the so-called judicial conference protocol.
