'In his diploma thesis Benjamin Stollreiter dealt with the interconnection of work engagement and burnout. By using an impressively profound basis of previous research approaches he successfully merges previously not sufficiently combined theoretical approaches. With precision in language and argumentation Mr. Stollreiter derives from the interplay of occupational settings, personal characteristics and an employee's individual circumstances, how personal resources are consumed and professional identities are destabilized.
