As you work your way through these pages, be mindful of every curve and fold, admire the sumptuous softness of the bodies, and regard the serenity of the facial expressions. You could perhaps even draw in extra details; stretch marks, blemishes, wrinkles, and scars... These are the so called 'imperfections' which tell our life stories, and if you can teach yourself to find them beautiful, then that's what they will become. Dictate your own beauty standards.
